All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Processing timelines reflect fulfillment center operations and order volume.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and are based on carrier-provided estimates. Fulfillment and shipping timelines depend on warehouse processing and carrier pickup schedules.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including:
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Peak seasonal demand
  • Operational constraints within shipping networks
Weekend delivery availability varies by location and carrier service.

We do not currently offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking Information

Tracking details are sent once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Address Accuracy 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are correct at checkout. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

Labend Home is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
