We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Replacements

If your prop sign arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us first at contact@labendhome.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. In most cases we're happy to send a free replacement rather than have you go through the return process.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition.
• Returned in the original packaging.

To start a return, please email us at contact@labendhome.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond with next steps as quickly as possible.

Please note:

• Return shipping is free — we cover the cost of your return.
• Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
