Fat Burning HIIT Workout

QUICK CARDIO using our Resistance Bands!

We love to start any training session with quick HIIT workout! This cardio will warm you up and activate all muscles!

❗️Do every exercise for 30 sec-1 min, with 15-30 sec rest in between. Try to do 3-4 circuits❗️

Resistance Bands are a great option to add resistance to your workouts to increase strength and improve the results!💪

You don't necessarily need to use exercise bands if you are a beginner, but we recommend to include them later on to keep progressing!
